This video gives a great tip in setting up a video camera to see what your puppy does while you are away. Most of the time you will find out that it will eventually just relax and take a nap until you come back.
I did say most of the time, while this video shows otherwise…
Depending on your puppies personality and temperament, you could have a puppy that tries very hard to get out of it’s crate while you are away. Some even do it while your watching!
Eventually after it (hopefully) finds out that it can’t escape it will calm down and relax until you let it out.
Fortunately most commercially available puppy crates are pretty escape proof.
